The Cebu City delegation that attended the procession is led by
Mayor Tomas Osmena.
A few other city officials also joined. The group is preceded by a Sto. Nino image carved in wood.
The delegation has arrived at the Cebu Metropolitan Cathedral near the Basilica Minore del Sto. Niño, the procession’s point of origin.
