THE Sinulog Foundation Inc. is expecting more newcomers to join the 2009 Sinulog parade, as it starts sending invitations to participants.
Foundation executive director Ricky Ballesteros said many already called their office to say they are joining the Sinulog, or to send feelers. (more)
