CH readies documents for funds for prizes of Sinulog ‘09 winners

THE Cebu City Government is already preparing the documents required for the appropriation of P8 million for the prizes of the Sinulog 2009 winners.

This, despite the Sinulog Foundation Inc.’s (SFI) still pending request for the Commission on Audit (COA) to exempt it from the ban to receive funds from the Cebu City Government. (more)
