ON its 30th anniversary, the Cebu Popular Music Festival will feature winning songs in the past three decades and will do away with the competition this year.
Organized by the Cebu Arts Foundation Inc., which was recently named as one of the four Garbo sa Sugbo awardees during the 440th Provincial Charter Day celebration, the festival is aimed at helping preserve Cebuano culture in the field of original Cebuano songwriting.(more)
