Eighteen contingents from secondary and elementary schools in Cebu City joined the Sinulog sa Kabataan sa Dakbayan, which was held last January 9, Sunday, at the Cebu City Sports Center.
The Talamban Elementary School bested nine others in the elementary level, as it won the first prize and got the Best in Musicality and Best in Costume awards.
In the secondary category, the Abellana National School also won the Best in Musicality and Best in Costume awards, as well as the first prize. Eight contingents compete in the secondary level.
