THIS year’s Sinulog was a show of Chinese-Filipino kinship, enjoyed by thousands, including sister-cities of Cebu City, the Chinese community and newly installed Archbishop of Cebu Jose Palma.
“It’s about time,” said former Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI) president Robert Go of the Chinese theme, which Sinulog Foundation Inc. (SFI) executive director Ricky Ballesteros said took two years to conceptualize.
