‘Hubo’ mass at Basilica del Sto. Niño

The “Hubo” mass held at 4 a.m. Friday marks the end of the Sinulog Festival in Cebu City. The mass was held at the Basilica del Sto. Niño and was attended by hundreds of Catholic faithful.
