More revelers in the Sinulog parade and after-parties meant more work for Cebu City Hall’s clean-up crew — at least three more tons of garbage to collect, for starters.
Scavengers lightened the Department of Public Services’ (DPS) load by collecting most of the water bottles, but as of 9 a.m. Monday, at least 113 tons of trash was already collected, compared to 100 tons in 2012. Read the rest of this entry
