CEBU CITY — A 19-year-old singer from Talisay City was named on Thursday night as this year’s Sinulog Idol grand champion.
Kristina Cassandra “KC” Dilao, a third year English Language student of Cebu Normal University, bested 11 other contestants in the singing competition, making her the sixth Sinulog Idol champion.
