THE Department of Social Welfare Services (DSWS) of Cebu City may want to clear street dwellers during next month’s Sinulog festivities, but a festival organizer doesn’t agree.
In a press conference, Sinulog Foundation Inc. (SFI) executive director Ricky Ballesteros said it’s “too much” to not allow street dwellers, particularly children, to join the festivities.
“The Sinulog is for everybody. This is for the kids. This is for everyone to enjoy,” he said. (READ MORE)
