THE Cebu City Transportation Office (CCTO) warned churchgoers not to park their vehicles on the sidewalk near the Basilica del Sto. Niño, as it announced additional road closures for this weekend’s procession and parade.
Starting yesterday, 1,705 additional police officers were deployed by the Police Regional Office (PRO) 7 to secure Cebu City as crowds started to swell for the Sinulog festivities, followed by the 51st International Eucharistic Congress (IEC) next week. (READ MORE)
