It was the second year in a row that the lead dancer of Tribu Himag-ulaw from Placer, Masbate bagged the prize.
The competition, which showcased the 11 contestants’ beauty and their devotion to the Sto. Niño, was held at the Cebu City Sports Complex at 7 p.m. last Friday. (READ MORE)
