CARRETA Cemetery in Cebu City came alive during the Sinulog yesterday morning, when some of its residents turned up the volume of their radios to join in the celebration.
Outside the cemetery, revelers had their faces painted and hair sprayed with bright colors. Others were selling masks, toys, food and bottled water. Drummers were practicing their beats before the grand parade started and some cemetery residents positioned themselves on topmost level of the burial vaults for a better view. (READ MORE)
