IT WAS not easy to bring a contingent of 400 people to Cebu and return home with awards, said Lanao del Norte Gov. Mohammad Khalid Dimaporo.
Since it joined the Sinulog Grand Parade in 2009, Lanao del Norte was never able to grab the top prize in the Free Interpretation (FI) category.
