CEBU City Transport Office Chief Rafael Yap is asking the public to brace for traffic congestion, particularly along M. J. Cuenco Ave. for the traslacion motorcade tomorrow.
In a press conference on Wednesday, Yap said they will only close some roads to prevent congestion in intersections.
