THE top five winning contingents of the Sinulog 2017 will no longer perform today, January 16, as their repeat performance was cancelled due to heavy rains.
The formal awarding of trophies and cash prizes, though, will push through at the Cebu City Sports Center Gymnasium, said the Sinulog Foundation Inc. in a Facebook post.
