DESPITE of the delay, this year’s Sinulog grand parade was a success, the organizers said.
Councilor Dave Tumulak attributed the success to all their partners, performers and the public.
“We want to thank the police, other government agencies, all the responders, the performers and the public because the success of Sinulog 2019 was because of them,” Tumulak, who is also the chairman of the executive committee of Sinulog Foundation Inc., said.
