The Sinulog 2007 grand parade started to hit Cebu City’s main streets past 9 Sunday morning.
Dancers participating in the Sinulog based and free interpretation competition have entertained local and foreign tourists.
Fireworks display at the Cebu City Sports Complex will culminate the festivities at early evening.
