SINULOG organizers have at least P18 million in financial aid and sponsorships to fund the grand parade and other activities, which are estimated to cost P17.5 million.
But it’s the non-monetary assistance from the Cebu City Government and the Basilica del Santo Niño officials that makes the event successful every year, said Ricky Ballesteros, executive director of the Sinulog Foundation Inc. (SFI).
SFI, a private entity, is relying on the City’s financial aid of P8 million and sponsorships from private companies and organizations. (more)
