WITH more people visiting the City for the Sinulog, the Cebu City Environmental and Sanitation Enforcement Team (Ceset) reminded the public that no environmental law in the city has been lifted.
Ceset chief Grace Luardo said they will strictly implement the anti-littering and anti-smoking ordinances in public places, particularly in plazas where revelers are expected to converge with their families. (READ MORE)
