ASTURIAS Vice Mayor Joel Dumdum clarified that the Municipal Council did not block the passage of the supplemental budget ordinance intended for the town’s Sinulog contingent, contrary to the mayor’s allegation.
Dumdum said the council received a request from Municipal Information Officer Mark Supatan to approve the release of P388,515.
However, Dumdum said there was no program of works attached to Supatan’s letter, dated Dec. 15. (READ MORE)
