WITH Sinulog preparations “80 percent complete†already, the public is informed that the Sinulog Foundation Inc. (SFI) office at the Cebu City Sports Center (CCSC) is already selling tickets, starting last Friday.
Those who want to watch the grand parade on Jan. 18 at the CCSC grandstand can buy tickets even during weekends until 7 p.m., said SFI executive director Ricky Ballesteros. (more)
